Street partying with Paolita

Last night I got well and truly in to the spirit of the Jubilee with a big group of gal pals! I was invited to a street party by the lovely team from the luxury swimwear and lingerie boutique Paolita. They said I could bring ‘as many people as you like as it’s an open street party’ so that I did! It’s hard to round up loads of pals at the same time in London, everyone is so busy – so it was nice to have a change and be out in force.

I would love to get my paws on a Paolita bikini for my hols, they do such lovely prints. I love the whole feeling of the Jubilee, everyone is in great spirits! I'm wearing my fave Lavish Alice jeans here. £38! Love them.

Manchester #3

* After my night out with Label PR last Friday I spent the Sat and Sun in Manchester too. I stayed with Phil (pictured) and his housemate. Luckily I had an open train ticket so I could make the most of the weekend out of London. Happyyyyy days!!!

It was so hot it was like somewhere exotic, so many people in work have asked if I’ve been on holiday with the tan I caught! (Yay!). I spent as much time as possible sun worshipping on Phil’s balcony! We explored the local parks in the day time too. Cider, sun, music on my Ippher, having a laugh..it was lush.

Sunday we went to Soccer Aid at Old Trafford. The atmosphere was amazing. We walked from the city centre along the canal to get there, again feeling like we were abroad in the heat and lovely surroundings.

Robbie Williams (I d.i.e!) Gerard Butler, Olly Murs, Mike Myers (Austin Powers - groovy baby;) and Will Ferrell (legend!) were all taking part in Soccer Aid - it’s a special football match where celebs play against pro players and ticket sales go to charity. Our tickets were £20 and as you can see from the pics we had a really good view!.

I loved my weekend in Manchester, great fun, great weather, loads of laughs, all in all it was AWESOME!.

** Did you spot my Alexander McQueen ring on Phil? I need to blog it properly very soon. I will wear that ring forever and ever amen. Love it!! It makes me feel like a warrior!!

Manchester #2

Last Friday was an one! I had loads to finish off for our special Jubilee issue (it's out today!!!) and then it was a case of hot footing it to Manchester with our Fashion News team to see Label PR! We had so much fun! I kind of felt a bit like royalty when we arrived at the Radisson hotel. For starters I decided the hotel ''smelled of men’s perfume'' (lush;) then we checked in and the rooms were lovely. The staff were great at the hotel too.

Label had very kindly left a bottle of champagne in our rooms for us AND a big bag full of

@amplifiedtees @ROCKNROSEUK @beauty_works@toxicfox  @claireabellaltd @kleenexcleanse and @batistehair goodies!

We met for drinks in the hotel bar then we had some food and more champers at The Alchemist. I loved being in a new city and meeting all of the Label team. When you see a whole team together you appreciate why they are so good at what they do – I think if you work with a team that you also enjoy hanging out with you’re on to a winner!

Massive thanks to Label for a fab evening! I will never forget it!

Manchester

I had THE most fun in Manchester on the weekend. It was so hot I felt like I was abroad (I put my pals balcony to good use;).

OFFICE A/W press day anddddd ....

Ah, I loved the OFFICE A/W press day! I knew that the Seen Presents team were working on the production of the day so I expected something lovely and I was not disappointed! With the sun scorching outside it still felt very A/W in the lovely town house they hosted in.

I can’t wait to get my paws on my next set of OFFICE shoes. Think it will have to be the studded boots I mention above! Will blog when I’ve made my final choice!

** I’m going to Manchester for the weekend at 3pm today! Me and 3 of our lovely LOOK team are off to see Label PR for a night of catching up over business and some fun exploring the city night life! Can’t wait! Catch me on twitter over the weekend, I'll be up to mischief as usual ;)
